CARMONA CITY, Cavite — The Bureau of Immigration (BI) arrested two Japanese nationals at the Golden Mile Business Park in Barangay Maduya for allegedly working without proper immigration documents.
The suspects were identified as Kaoru Goto, 33, and Tsutsumi Kazumasa, 32, who were found to be without work permits and valid visas.
The operation was conducted after BI agents posed as clients. During the inspection, authorities confirmed that both individuals were actively working without the required documents.
The suspects were brought to the BI Warden Facility in Bicutan, Taguig City, where they will remain pending deportation proceedings.
The BI reminded foreign nationals in the Philippines to ensure they have complete and valid immigration documents before engaging in employment. #
