CALABARZON — Police Lieutenant Colonel Archimedes L. Baking of the General Trias City Police Station received the Medalya ng Kadakilaan from the Police Regional Office 4A (PRO 4A) in recognition of his courage, competence, and dedication to police service.
The award was presented during the Joint Monday Flag-Raising Ceremony at the PRO 4A Grandstand, led by Regional Director PBGen Dominic L. Baccay and hosted by the Philippine National Police Training Institute (PNPTI) under PMGen Roy B. Parena.
Baking’s recognition was part of PRO 4A’s ceremony honoring personnel and units for notable performance, courage, and commitment to public service.
Other awardees included PMAJ Jenefer N. Atienza, who received the Medalya ng Kagalingan, and PCOL Jonathan L. Chy, who was given the Medalya ng Pagkilala. The Regional Plans and Strategy Management Division (RPSMD) also received the Perpetual Trophy “7S.”
PRO 4A said the awards are aligned with the B.E.S.T. Policing Framework, particularly the “Serve Together” principle, and the PNP Chief’s Focused Agenda on personnel morale and welfare.
The program also included personnel accounting and ranks inspection to reinforce discipline, accountability, proper bearing, and compliance with the “Tamang Bihis” policy among police personnel. #
