SANTA ROSA, LAGUNA — Shopwise, operated by Robinsons Retail Holdings Inc., is set to transfer its Greenfield branch in Laguna to Vista Mall Santa Rosa, where it will become a new anchor tenant.
The transfer is expected to take place before the end of the year. Employees have reportedly been informed about the planned relocation.
Shopwise will replace the Villar Group’s AllDay Supermarket, which has closed its branch at the mall.
The move comes as AllDay Marts Inc. and AllHome Corp. streamline their retail networks to improve operations and performance.
For Robinsons Retail, the transfer will allow Shopwise to maintain its presence in Santa Rosa after leaving its Greenfield location.
Meanwhile, Vista Land & Lifescapes Inc. said it continues to evaluate various funding and liquidity options to meet its financial obligations. #
