NAIC, CAVITE — A major step toward clean and sustainable energy was marked in Naic, Cavite, as Jin Navitas Solaris Inc. (Solaris) formally partnered with All Vision Business Enterprises Corporation to provide Operation and Maintenance (O&M) Management Services for the NINGNING Pasinaya Homes Prime Central (PHPC) Solar Rooftop Project. The initiative underscores Solaris’ commitment to expanding the use of renewable energy across the Philippines.

The NINGNING PHPC project—developed in collaboration with renowned property developer Raemulan Lands Inc.—stands as one of the country’s largest and most innovative renewable energy projects in a residential community. It features a 6.55-megawatt peak (MWp) solar rooftop system installed across 1,986 homes, demonstrating how clean energy solutions can be seamlessly integrated into housing developments.

The project was energized in October 2024 and is expected to deliver clean, renewable, and socially beneficial energy to local communities. It aims to lower electricity costs for residents while contributing to national efforts to combat climate change.

According to Jose Alfonso Miras, VP for Business Development and Deputy CEO of Solaris, the NINGNING brand is focused on developing transformative energy solutions—projects that provide long-term support to the mission of “homing the homeless” by helping make housing more affordable for Filipino families.

He emphasized that the NINGNING solar rooftop system does not compete with agricultural land use, contributes directly to climate change mitigation, and offers more efficient electricity costs for households.

As Solaris continues to grow in the energy sector, the company remains committed to championing renewable energy facilities that benefit both the environment and the country’s economic development.

The NINGNING PHPC project in Naic is recognized as the first grid-connected, utility-scale rooftop solar installation in the Philippines. In partnership with Raemulan Lands Inc., it showcases how communities—especially homeowners—can actively participate in accelerating the country’s transition to renewable energy.

With nearly 2,000 homes now equipped with solar panels, the project reflects the vast potential of residential communities to shape a future powered by cleaner, more cost-efficient, and more resilient energy for all. #END
