ALABANG, Muntinlupa – A vehicle rammed into the al fresco area of Da Gianni Cucina Italiana–Westgate Molito, a restaurant owned by actor and entrepreneur Matteo Guidicelli, on Sunday, February 8.
Guidicelli said in an Instagram post that no guests were harmed as the outdoor section was empty at the time of the incident around 1:30 p.m.
However, two staff members near the pizza oven were taken to a hospital for check-ups but sustained no serious injuries and are now in stable condition.
The damage was limited to the restaurant’s exterior, with the indoor dining area remaining open. The al fresco section has been temporarily closed for safety and repairs.
Guidicelli reminded the public to stay alert and expressed gratitude that his team was kept safe during the accident. #END
