POST-EVENT WRITE-UP BY CEDRIC PEREZ
Five days of creativity, connection, and celebration — that’s how Meraki: A Love Affair unfolded this Valentine’s season. From February 9 to 13, 2026, Lasallians and our partner concessionaires came together to make the USG OTREAS Valentine’s Bazaar 2026 a truly unforgettable experience.
Throughout the week, students chose the cutest charms ¹for their souvenirs at Creatives Corner with Charm Bar PH, painted cozy memories at Heartfelt Hues, got creative in the self-shoot booth with Ligaya Photo Studios, sent letters and small packages inside campus through LoveGram Delivery, and learned the art of blooms in the Flower Arrangement Classes organized by Blossom Lane Flower Shop. Each activity was designed to inspire creativity, foster connection, and celebrate love in all its forms — for friends, partners, or simply oneself.

The excitement culminated in the middle of the week with Meraki Nights: Harana Music Fest, a historic first for the Valentine’s Bazaar. DJ Ports and DJ Prince opened the evening with a disco and rave session, setting the crowd moving and grooving, before fitterkarma, Jason Dhakal, and Lola Amour took the stage to serenade the Lasallian community. The cheers, roars, and energy of the crowd were exhilarating — a perfect celebration of both music and heart.

Every booth, every workshop, and every performance reflected the meraki spirit: creating with heart, passion, and purpose. Beyond the festivities, Meraki: A Love Affair also advanced a meaningful cause — supporting scholarships and opportunities through USG OTREAS, turning every purchase, every activity, and every shared moment into tangible impact for our scholars.
We extend our heartfelt gratitude to all Lasallians and concessionaires who joined, participated, and contributed. Together, we proved that when a community creates with intention, connection, and love, the impact is extraordinary.
Meraki: A Love Affair was felt, celebrated, and lived — and thanks to you, its spirit will continue to inspire. #END
