PALAFOX and Elsal Ventures officially formalized their strategic partnership through the signing of a Memorandum of Agreement (MOA) held at Seda BGC on February 2, 2026.
The agreement establishes a collaborative framework between PALAFOX — a leading architecture, urban planning, and environmental planning firm — and Elsal Ventures, a real estate and land investment facilitation company, aimed at strengthening integrated development opportunities across the Philippines.
The partnership brings together PALAFOX’s global expertise in master planning, sustainable design, and resilient urban development with Elsal Ventures’ strengths in land aggregation, investment facilitation, and real estate sourcing. Both organizations share a common vision of advancing responsible, well-planned, and future-ready developments that contribute to national growth.
Architect Felino “Jun” Palafox Jr., Founder and Managing Partner of PALAFOX, emphasized the importance of strategic collaboration in building better cities and communities. “Partnerships like this allow us to align design excellence with smart land development, ensuring projects are not only profitable, but sustainable, inclusive, and resilient,” he said.
