The town’s garbage issue has likewise been used in the criticism, with even the mayor’s family being mentioned in some discussions.
Rumors recently circulated that Magbitang is among Cavite officials allegedly set to be suspended due to pending cases. However, no official documents or confirmations have been released to support these claims, making them baseless and speculative.
Despite the controversy, waste management remains a key concern in Naic, with the local government continuing efforts to address the problem.
Authorities have reportedly identified one fake account involved in spreading misinformation, tracing its IP address and the device used.
